DATCS History
Connie Hagen, President of D.A.T.C.S., started in 1989 creating drug free environments for schools and businesses. Connie was one of the first active charter members of the Substance Abuse Professional Association in Washington, D.C. She continues to keep her clients updated on state and federal regulations to help protect any size company or school from liabilities. D.A.T.C.S. has become well known in the drug testing industry as ‘educators’ and as proactive participants in ‘Drugs Don’t Work Here’ campaigns. After 20 years, Drug and Alcohol Testing Compliance Services has become one of the largest consortiums for DOT FMCSA (Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration) and PHMSA (Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration) companies in Texas.
